Batumi Airport is one of three airports in Georgia. The airport serves both domestic and international air travel. The terminal building contains a health center, gift shop, lost and found, private conference rooms, ATMs and currency exchange offices.

However, taxis from 22:30 in the evening until 05:30 in the morning can increase the fare up to 150 Moroccan Dirhams. The fare to pay to travel to Port Med by taxi is 300 dirhams and 120 dirhams to travel to the train station. The taxi journey between Ibn Batouta Airport and Tangier city center takes on average 10 minutes.

Rent A Car

Since there is no public transportation such as buses that can take you directly to Tangier from the airport, renting a car can be more economical.
